At HomeTown Bicycle Repair my goal is to retain current customers. Acquiring new customers is of course, important but it is my belief that if customers do not come back, new customers will not come in. Based on that strong belief I make sure that each customer I have the privilege to serve is fully satisfied with the work I perform. I will treat all customers equally with respect and honesty. To that end I pledge the following:
- I guarantee my work (parts and labor) for ninety calendar days after service
- I will provide honest condition assessments of my customer’s bike
- I will not recommend unnecessary parts or services
- My price quotes will be fair and reasonable
- Service will be completed on time to the extent absolutely possible
I addition to the above pledge, to serve my customers in the best viable way, I have partnered with two of the largest bike parts and accessories distributors in the United States to access any part or accessory needed at multiple price points to fit my customer’s budget. Moreover, I am a Bosch certified e-bike systems dealer and can service any e-bike equipped with Bosch components. To serve customers who purchase bikes on-line I have partnered with Beelineconnect.com who connect multiple bike manufactures/sellers with buyers and HomeTown Bicycle Repair to assemble the buyers bike, perform warrantee work or repair. And finally, discounts are available to honor our senior citizens, veterans and local ridding groups.
